Red ginseng extract blended into granules with glucose and lactose, and packed in individually sealed bags. It possesses strong flavor of Choeng-Kwan-Jang Korean red ginseng. If you would like to enjoy as a tea dissolve one spoonful (1 g), 3-5 times a day, of the extract (use the spoon enclosed) in a cup containing hot or cold water. Usually, hot water is recommended. If you dislike bitter taste add honey or other sweeteners to suppress the bitter taste.

Directions and Dosage

Milk or coffee mate can also soothe the bitter taste. If you wish to cook with pork or chicken, please
add 1-2 bags of the red ginseng extract tea together with the meat. It suppresses undesirable meaty
smell. Children below 15 years old are recommended to take half the amount for adults.
